Changing Rooms
Lockers with combination locks are provided in the dressing rooms for the use of our guests. Towel service is available for use in the fitness center and studio classes.
**Regardless of the season, there are head towels and bath towels in the locker room lockers. We provide bathrobe service at the reception.
Turkish bath
Clogs, loincloths, shampoo and thyme soap are served at the entrance of the Turkish bath.
Ping pong
Table tennis rackets and ball fitness are available from the registration office.
Valuables
It is recommended to use the security safes, which are available free of charge at the SPA reception, for valuables.
Instructions for Use
In accordance with health and hygiene rules, the usage instructions in public areas must be followed.
Service Hours
Fitness Hall and General Areas: 06.00 - 23.00*
* The thermal pool closes at 21:00 on Thursdays and Sundays for maintenance. It opens at 10:00 on Fridays and Mondays.
Skin & Body Treatments and Massage Services: 09.00 - 21.00
Outdoor Swimming Pool: 08.00 - 20.00**
Outdoor pool operation hours may be changed due to organization reasons, with prior notice.
Age Restriction
The age limit for the use of SPA areas is 16 for our guests staying at our hotel and 18 for our guests who do not stay at our hotel. Our guests under the specified age limit must be under parental supervision at all times. Sauna and steam room use is not suitable for guests under 18 years of age.
Clothes
Sneakers and sports clothes are used in fitness and aerobics halls.
Swimsuits are used in the sauna, steam rooms and Turkish bath, and slippers are used in all public areas.
While you can undergo care and massage treatments wearing a swimsuit or underwear, disposable underwear can also be preferred.
It is forbidden for children to enter adult pools (indoor or outdoor) with diapers on as it is dangerous for hygiene.
Reservation
An appointment is required for skin & body care and massage treatments between 09.00 - 21.00.
Reservation time changes must be notified at least 2 hours in advance.
Otherwise, 30% of the service fee will be charged.
For guests not staying at the hotel, a credit card number is requested at the reservation stage.
Note: In case of delay in booking, the delay will shorten the maintenance period.
Payment
All major credit cards are accepted.
Treatment and massage service fees may be reflected in the accommodation invoice upon the request of the staying guests.
Pregnancy and Special Health Conditions
Although there are some situations that should be avoided while pregnant, there are many practices that are suitable for your benefit and pleasure.
