Pet Accommodation Conditions

  • The guest assumes full responsibility for any damage and contamination caused by their pet during their stay in our hotel, including harm to the room, other hotel areas, staff, and fellow guests.
  • Upon check-in at the Reception, the guest acknowledges and assumes this responsibility by signing a form. Non-compliance with the terms and conditions outlined in the form releases Wyndham Grand İzmir Özdilek Hotel from any responsibility for the pet and its owner.
  • The guest is responsible for covering the costs associated with any damages, additional cleaning, labor fees (which include parasite disinfection procedures in the room), and any required medical interventions for the staff and/or guest(s).
  • During the check-in process, the guest must provide the Reception team with records, such as a vaccination certificate or passport, confirming that their pet has been vaccinated against all infectious diseases and parasites and that the vaccinations are up to date.
  • Pets are restricted to the guest's assigned room and are not permitted in other areas of the hotel. Pets, even when accompanied by their owners, are not allowed in public areas such as restaurants, bars, cafés, and the spa. This does not apply to guide dogs. For the well-being and comfort of other guests, pets must be on a leash or in a cage when entering and exiting the hotel. This does not apply to guide dogs.
  • Pets should use designated side doors when entering and exiting the hotel premises.
  • If guests leave their pets unattended in the room, the pets must be in their cages; otherwise, daily cleaning services will not be provided to the room.
  • Pets should be taken outside the hotel premises, including the garden, green areas, and car park, for their daily toileting needs.
  • If pets exhibit behaviors such as barking, biting, aggression, or other disruptive sounds and actions, the hotel management may request either the removal of the pet from the premises or the departure of the guest to ensure the comfort and peace of other guests. No refunds will be provided by the hotel in the event of such occurrences. Wyndham Grand İzmir Özdilek Hotel is not liable for any expenses associated with housing the pet at an alternative facility.
  • The room can accommodate a maximum of 2 pets, each weighing up to 15 kg. The pet accommodation fee is 20 Euros per pet per day, and it is added to the guest's total accommodation fee. This fee is non-refundable.
