Guests at Qualitasspa İzmir Agamemnon Thermal & Wellness Center enjoy complimentary access to the outdoor pool, indoor pool, thermal pool, jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, aromatherapy, steam rooms, and fitness center. The SPA center, staffed by experts, provides hotel guests and SPA members with a variety of options, including facial treatments, skin treatments, Thai massage, Balinese massage, and Far Eastern massages.

The hotel serves as a venue for numerous national and international congresses, conferences, and meetings hosted in Izmir. The hotel hosts engagement ceremonies, weddings, baby showers, and various invitation events in its 10 modernly equipped halls of different capacities.In the summer months, the hotel extends its hosting capabilities to outdoor events, making use of the pool area, grass garden, and Punta terrace for various invitations and gatherings.

Reservation Guarantee / Cancellation

For the purpose of accommodating separate room requests, guests are kindly advised to inform the hotel no later than 16:00 on the day of arrival. Unconfirmed reservations will be automatically cancelled after 16:00. Guests are required to provide the credit card information to secure and guarantee their reservation. Failure to provide cancellation information to the hotel before 16:00 on the day of check-in will result in a charge equivalent to one night's accommodation fee.

** On special dates, the guarantee may extend to cover the entire duration of the stay.

Check-In Procedures

To check-in, guests must present an official ID containing a Turkish ID number (such as a Turkish ID card, Driving License, or Passport).

Every guest aged 18 and above is required to complete an accommodation form.

In addition to the room fee, a deposit is collected based on the length of stay.

Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to stay without the presence of their first-degree relatives (mother or father).

A daily deposit procedure, excluding the room rate, is implemented for potential additional expenses. Unused deposit amounts will be refunded upon check-out.

Currency Exchange Transaction

As per the decision by the Ministry of Treasury and Finance of the Republic of Türkiye, currency exchange is not available at our hotel.

At Wyndham Grand İzmir Özdilek, the NB - Simply Safe Food and Water Safety Programme is implemented. This is a food and water safety program endorsed by major tour operators and is a preferred choice in the tourism industry, catering, civil aviation, and the British Army's overseas operations.
